Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and hassle-free. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn’t perfect, you have options.

⏱️ Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Tumblers must be unused and in their original packaging with all included accessories (straws, lids)

  • Return must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return authorization


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made the return process as simple as possible:

Step 1: Contact Us

Start by emailing us at ngocthien1990@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if returning due to defect or damage)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll respond with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Detailed return instructions

  • The correct return shipping address (if applicable)

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may be rejected or significantly delayed.

Step 3: Pack Your Return

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package

  • A note inside with your name, order number, and RMA number

  • All original accessories (tags, straws, lids, etc.)

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your refund is processed.

Step 5: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.


💰 Refund Amounts

Full Refunds

You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method when:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The item doesn’t match its description

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of wear, use, or damage (non-defective)

  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or accessories

  • Returns received after the 30-day window (subject to discretion)

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned without an RMA number

  • Returns shipped after the 30-day window (exceptions may apply for defective items)

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)

  • Gift cards


📦 Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays?

  • Customer’s responsibility: Returns for reasons like wrong size, changed mind, or “just didn’t like it”

  • SPYRAMILD’s responsibility: Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped) or defective/damaged products

How Much Does It Cost?

Return shipping costs vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We recommend comparing rates with:

  • USPS (generally most economical for smaller packages)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

For returns due to our error or product defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (with receipt).

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return. SPYRAMILD is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. If your return doesn’t reach us, we cannot process your refund.

Want a different size, color, or style? Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase:

  2. Place a new order on our website for the desired item

  3. Ship back the original item within the return window

Why This Process?

This approach gets your new item to you faster! Instead of waiting for us to receive your return, process it, and ship something else, you can order immediately while sending back the original. We’ll process your refund for the returned item once received.

Exceptions

In rare cases (such as defective items where replacement stock is available), we may arrange a direct exchange. Contact us to discuss options.


🏷️ Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. These items are clearly identified on their product pages and at checkout.

If you receive a damaged final sale item, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.


🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously, but occasionally things go wrong in manufacturing or shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item:

What Qualifies as Defective?

  • Printing errors (misaligned, wrong design, poor quality)

  • Manufacturing flaws (holes, loose threads, structural issues)

  • Tumbler defects (insulation failure, lid doesn’t seal, finish peeling)

What Qualifies as Damaged?

  • Items damaged during shipping (ripped, stained, crushed)

  • Packaging damaged beyond what’s needed to protect the product

  2. Include photos clearly showing the defect or damage

  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with resolution options, which may include:

  • Full refund (including original shipping costs)

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. After that, how quickly the money appears in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

🎁 Gift Returns

If You Received a Gift

If you received a SPYRAMILD item as a gift and need to return it:

  1. Contact us with the gift recipient’s name and your best guess at order information

  2. Provide your own contact information – we’ll handle the return with you directly

  3. Refund options include:

    • Store credit issued to you (the gift recipient)

    • Exchange for a different item (we’ll help you choose)

    • Refund to the original payment method (requires original purchaser’s involvement)

If You Gave a Gift

If the recipient needs to return a gift you gave:

  • Encourage them to contact us directly

  • We’ll work with them to resolve the return

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit to the recipient unless you specifically request otherwise


📝 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Face masks (if we ever offer them)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items returned without RMA numbers

  • Items showing obvious wear, washing, or use

  • Tumblers that have been used (food residue, scratches, etc.)

⚠️ Order Cancellations

Before Your Order Ships

If you need to cancel an order, act fast! We process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP.

  • Within 1 hour of ordering: Contact us immediately – we can usually cancel with no fee

  • After 1 hour but before shipping: We’ll try to cancel, but cannot guarantee success

  • After shipping: Order cannot be canceled; follow return process instead

How to Request Cancellation

🔄 Order Changes

Need to change your shipping address, add an item, or modify your order in another way?

Address Changes

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately – we can usually update addresses

  • After shipping: Contact carrier directly with tracking number; we can help but cannot guarantee changes

Adding Items

We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order and return the original if needed.

Removing Items

If you need to remove an item, follow the cancellation process above.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package hasn’t moved in 7+ days or delivery is significantly delayed:

  1. Contact the carrier first with your tracking number

  2. Contact us if the carrier can’t resolve the issue

  3. We’ll initiate an investigation and work to resolve your situation

Marked Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and delivery location (porch, mailbox, leasing office)

  2. Wait 24-48 hours – sometimes packages are scanned early

  3. Contact the carrier to file a claim

  4. Contact us – we’ll help investigate and discuss resolution options

Note: SPYRAMILD is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by the carrier, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
