Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding:

  • Thanksgiving Day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items

Many SPYRAMILD products are printed especially for you when you order. This “made-to-order” approach allows us to:

  • Offer a wider variety of designs and colors

  • Reduce waste from unsold inventory

  • Ensure freshness and quality

  • Keep prices competitive

This is why processing takes 1-2 business days – we’re creating your product just for you!

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

💰 Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for United States addresses are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

  • Delivery location

Typical domestic shipping rates:

  • Standard (3-7 business days): $4.95 – $8.95 (based on order size)

  • Priority (1-3 business days): $12.95 – $24.95

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (standard shipping only)

International Shipping Costs

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

  • Current carrier rates

International shipping starts at approximately $14.95 for smaller orders and increases based on package size and destination.

Free Shipping Threshold

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $75 shipped to addresses within the United States. Free shipping applies to the lowest cost shipping method and is automatically applied at checkout.

Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories may incur additional shipping charges due to distance and carrier rates. These costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

Tracking Not Updating?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days:

  4. Contact us if the issue persists beyond 7 days with no updates


🌍 International Shipping Details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What to expect:

  • Customs authorities in your country may hold your package and require payment before release

  • Fees vary widely by country and the value of your order

  • We cannot predict or control these charges

  • We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or reduce declared value (it’s illegal and prevents insurance coverage)

Customs Forms and Declarations

All international shipments include accurate customs documentation showing:

  • Complete contents of the package

  • Actual value of the items

  • Proper Harmonized System (HS) codes

  • Country of origin (USA for printing, plus origin of blank product)

This information is required by law and cannot be altered.

International Delivery Times

International shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Factors affecting delivery include:

  • Customs processing time in destination country (can add days or weeks)

  • Local postal service efficiency

  • Weather or other natural delays

  • Holiday seasons when volumes are high

Please be patient with international orders – they’re traveling a long way!

Undeliverable International Packages

If an international package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

  • Unclaimed at customs or post office

  • Other delivery failures

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Return shipping costs and any additional fees will be your responsibility.


📦 Order Consolidation and Split Shipments

Multiple Items in One Order

When possible, we ship all items in your order together in one package. However, occasionally:

  • Items may ship from different locations

  • Large orders may be split into multiple boxes

  • Pre-order or backorder items may ship separately

Split Shipments

If your order is split into multiple shipments:

  • You’ll receive separate shipping confirmations for each package

  • Tracking information for each package will be provided

  • You won’t pay additional shipping fees for split shipments


📍 Shipping Address Requirements

Accurate Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check:

  • Street address: Include apartment, suite, or unit numbers

  • City and state: Spell correctly and use proper abbreviations

  • ZIP/Postal code: Essential for accurate delivery

  • Country: For international orders, be specific

Address Errors

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address:

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If the carrier returns the package to us, you’ll need to pay for reshipment.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Accepted for USPS shipments only (not FedEx or DHL)

  • APO/FPO/DPO: Accepted for military addresses via USPS

  • Business addresses: May have different delivery hours – please note any special instructions

Our delivery time estimates are based on carrier data and historical performance. However:

  • Estimates are not guarantees

  • Weather, holidays, and other factors can cause delays

  • We cannot refund shipping costs for carrier delays

Signature Requirements

Most packages do not require a signature and will be left at the delivery address. However, carriers may require a signature for:

📬 Delivery Issues

Package Marked “Delivered” But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  1. Check everywhere: Porch, mailbox, with neighbors, leasing office

  2. Wait 24 hours – sometimes packages are scanned early

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim

  4. Contact us with the details – we’ll help investigate

Note: We are not responsible for packages once marked delivered by the carrier, but we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Package Lost in Transit

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days:

  1. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  2. Contact us if the carrier cannot resolve the issue

  3. We’ll initiate a lost package investigation

  4. Once confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

Package Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging and damaged items

  4. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

📋 Returns and Exchanges Shipping

  • We provide prepaid labels for returns due to defects, damage, or our errors

  • You pay return shipping for the original item

  • You pay shipping for the new order

  • We refund the original item when received

Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not return items without an RMA – they may be rejected.
